You can use this phone number on your business cards and fliers as this will be the main point of contact for your company.

HOW DO I CANCEL?

You can cancel at any time by providing in writing by letter or via email thirty days notice.

WHAT IS THE CALL TRANSFER FEATURE?

When a call comes in that meets your requirements to be patched, our Virtual Assistant Representatives will take the caller’s name and a phone number or any other information if desired ,then politely place your client on hold. They will then call you on a separate line, and transfer the call once you’ve answered and confirmed that you are available.

WHAT IS IMMEDIATE MESSAGE NOTIFICATION?

As a standard part of our service all calls answered are logged and email immediately, messages are delivered automatically to your smartphone or computer with full details pertaining the call answered, a summary of each message is also delivered via text message.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

Immediately upon signing up, and then every month, or year, depending on the plan you chose.

WHAT IS AFTER HOURS VOICE-MAIL TO EMAIL SERVICES?

Calls outside your regular business hours are sent to a customized voice-mail box. Voice messages left are e-mailed to you via a .wave file. This eliminates the need to check your messages by phone and allows you to track and save your messages on your smart-phone or computer.
